A minimum of two weeks is needed to build your metaverse on HoloFair. However, depending on your project’s requirements and needs, the estimated time might increase to eight weeks.

HoloFair supports up to 1000 attendees per venue. If it exceeds more than 1000 attendees it will create a new server instance for the same venue.

There are no time restrictions with HoloFair. Your metaverse can run 24/7 for months on end.

HoloFair aims to replicate real-life experiences as precisely as possible. HoloFair has ReadyPlayerMe integrated that allows users to customize their avatars with unlimited character options. You can also scan your face or upload a selfie to represent your look-alike in the metaverse. Additionally, HoloFair offers you to choose one from a set of pre-created avatars. Upon request, we can create completely customized avatars from scratch.

At the moment, we do not support any language other than English. However, we are in the process of integrating a multiple language system.

We can upload pre-recorded videos and content, host live webinar sessions and enable video chat upon request.

You may speak with others through 1:1 audio calls and text chat. You also have the option to speak with others through a group audio call of 6-8 users in networking zones or meeting rooms.

If you are communicating with a user and another user requests to speak to you, you would have to drop the existing call to answer the requested call.

We have many interactive features developed within HoloFair for maximum engagement. You are able to host live webinars and streaming, alongside a live Q&A session. We also have a dedicated networking lounge where users can spend time communicating through group audio calls. You may embed surveys and polls within your metaverse as well.

The minimum internet speed required to run your metaverse on HoloFair is 512kb/s to 2mb/s.

No, VPN is not needed for calls. You simply need to send a request to the user you wish to contact and get the conversation going.

For OS: Windows and macOS, HoloFair would run on Public WiFi internet connection or data on web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge. If a firewall is installed, it must be adjusted to allow ws and wss protocols, tcp and udp traffic, and 80 and 443 ports.

It would require developing a backend that is supposed to communicate user data to HoloFair whenever HoloFair requests, and a website with a sign-in UI depending on how you plan to collect and store user data for your metaverse.

The multiplayer server is hosted on HoloFair. However, content, user data, and some metaverse-related data can be hosted on your server.

Yes, you can embed your metaverse onto your website. This is executed by using a custom iFrame link provided from our end, which will be embedded on your website. However, HoloFair logo will appear for a few seconds while loading your metaverse.

The metaverse is blooming in new ways where people can monetize their virtual world. These include:       

  • To buy and sell real estate lands         
  • Rent out your metaverse lands
  • Create a virtual store for products or services
  • Create and Sell NFTs
  • Create a virtual art gallery 
  • Host or participate in concerts   


If you opt to host an event in the metaverse, you can monetize it in the same way you would monetize a physical event. You can charge for virtual booth space and vary pricing based on booth location. You can also charge exhibitors for extra branding or for sponsorships across the venue. Additionally, you may charge visitors through virtual event ticket sales.

HoloFair offers you to build your virtual world to host experiences and events which can be embedded onto your website, running 24/7. We also offer gamification to enhance your experience – we have game development modules that allow us to implement different types of game logic. Some of the possible mechanics are treasure hunt, trivia quiz, brand tower, sticky note game, maze obstacle course game, floor is lava game. Game logics have to be defined and tested before the project.

HoloFair allows customization of full venue, exhibition hall, auditorium, networking lounge, meeting room, booths and stands, and avatars. You may even gamify your experience with fun virtual games and activities. We are able to replicate any physical venue you require, from A to Z.

If accessed through a desktop, HoloFair does not require any downloads and can be accessed through any standard web browser. If accessed through a mobile device or tablet, HoloFair application must be downloaded through play or app store. 

HoloFair is GDPR compliant as our platform does not store or process user data that is linked to their real identity. The only user data that is processed and not stored are their virtual positions on our multiplayer server.

Yes, we can provide you with complete project analytics and metrics such as data regarding actions of every user in the platform, popular venue area, content viewed and downloaded, and other useful statistics.

We have a dedicated team available on hand for all your support needs. Should any problem occur during your event, our technical team will be on standby for assistance.

HoloFair provides users with a tutorial guide before they start their metaverse experience. In addition, we also provide you with basic training regarding access and moderator control. The training includes tasks related to content upload in your virtual world and other easy controls that may be required for your metaverse.

To import a 3D model, you can access our empty Unity3D project from our SDK documentation. Simply drag and drop your model and configure it as you wish using Unity3D tools. The template can be accessed here. Then, position your 3D model according to spawn settings described here. Next, set up portals according to this article. Lastly, build and host addressables using the steps here.

Yes, you can. HoloFair is a platform that allows to create and publish your own metaverse project, which could be experiences, events, virtual gatherings or game worlds to visit or be part of. Our SDK documentation is designed to allow content creators to prepare and host their metaverse project using Unity3D as a builder that is compatible with HoloFair. While HoloFair is not only for hosting, but it also handles for content creators the heavy lifting of multiplayer data model and player controls, so that they or you can focus on designing content of the project and focus on selling and delivering it to users.  Access our SDK documentation here to get started!
