HoloFair supports up to 10,000 attendees and unlimited number of employers stands.

A minimum of one week is needed to set up a virtual career fair on HoloFair. However, depending on your event requirements and needs, the estimated time might increase.

HoloFair aims to replicate real-life events as precisely as possible. This is why we allow users to either scan their face and create avatars that look exactly like them, or choose one from a set of pre-created avatars. Avatars can also be color codified, if needed for team-building exercises.

There are several ways to register users within the platform:

  • Users can manually register into the platform.
  • Users can access the platform with a specific access code or password.
  • Event organizers can provide us with a CSV file that includes all users’ details and we will pre-register them into the platform.

Employers are able to directly interview and communicate with candidates through voice or video call, and chat. They are also able to download CVs from suitable candidates. Additionally, employer stands can contain useful information such as direct links to employers’ career portals for speedy employment process.

If you are communicating with a user and another user requests to speak to you, you can either admit them and form a group conversation or decline their request.
